Our thread counts are carefully calculated to ensure plenty of thread is included to complete each of our small cross stitch kits.
Occasionally we all make mistakes! If this is the case and you find yourself short of a particular colour we can supply additional thread, from our extensive stocks, to allow you to complete the kit you are working on!
Please note in the box provided the:
A) Kit Type (i.e. Bookmark / Mini Card...)
B) Design Name (i.e. Celtic Cross / Wee Woolly Sheep...)
C) Colour Reference (as shown on the charted instructions - i.e. Light Blue / Red...)
Please note: we cannot supply complete skeins of thread - only a small amount of thread will be supplied through this service. If you would like to re-make a kit, we recommend purchasing an additional complete kit which will provide you with everything you require to complete the finished item.
